Does it cost me anything to switch electric and/or natural gas suppliers?

Some Texas customers may have a refundable deposit due at the time of changing to a different electric or natural gas company, but this is refunded after a set amount of consecutive on-time bill payments or if a customer cancels service. Also, there are a few possible options for having the deposit requirement waived. Ask one of our independent energy consultants for details.

No deposits are required for residents of other states.


Do you have any incentives if I refer friends and family?

Yes! When you call to switch your electric or natural gas service, be sure to ask about referral perks. New and exciting incentives are always available when you help friends and family switch and save money on their utility bills.
